The Kindle only allows sorting by a small number of fields -- Author, Title, and Most Recent -- and navigating to a book you would like to read is done by paging through these sorted lists. Users have been begging for a better system. For example, a folder system, or a system that allows users to add their own tags to a book. Providing both options would be the best of both worlds because folders are quick and easy to manage, but tags are more versatile. Another option is a "Read List" which is analogous to a "Play List" on an iPod. Unfortunately, Amazon has steadfastly refused to add any of these features.
